RATES FOR VACATION HOME RENTALS
Haven Walla Walla rents out an entire vacation home to our guests. Your group will be alone on the property. You have full access to the kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces. We encourage family groups and our homes are dog friendly. The rates are listed below. There are no additional charges for cleaning and there is no pet surcharge.

Weekends
Two Night Minimum Stay
Two to Four Guests - $300 per night
Up to Six Guests - $325 per night
Up to Eight Guests - $350 per night

Weeknight
One Night Stay Save 20%

Peak Weekends
Three Night Minimum Stay
$400 per night

Special Winter Rates
Offered January Through March

10.3% Sales and lodging tax added to your total

PAYMENT POLICY
A deposit of $200 is due to secure reservation. Full amount is due within 30 days of arrival. Upon your departure and inspection of the home, your $200 deposit check will be destroyed. Once the contract and deposit is received, it is not refundable. If cancellation is required, we will make all efforts to re-book the reservation. If cancellation does occur after full payment is received, guest will be charged the rate of one day.

PROCEDURE
A reservation form will be emailed to you. You are to review the information and sign the rental contract. This form along with your deposit needs to be mailed to our P.O. Box for your reservation to be secured. Prior to your arrival you will receive directions and information about how to access the house.

HOUSE POLICIES
Check in is after 3PM and Check out is by 11AM unless prior arrangements are made.
• Haven Walla Walla properties are smoke free.
• Children are allowed at our properties please note that there is no baby equipment and the homes are not "child-proofed."
• Well-behaved dogs are allowed at the properties as long as they properly supervised.

Haven Walla Walla, Inc. will not be held responsible for injury or other incident while guests are at the homes or utilizing any property owned by the corporation.
